Comfortable stay with friendly staff.

The stay was enjoyable with a spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. A third-floor room on the north side offered lovely views of the Catalinas. Housekeeping kept everything clean, though the breakfast options were basic, lacking milk on one day. The nearby Cane's Chicken provided convenient meal options.

In my kids’ opinion, more variety at breakfast would be great. The oatmeal felt like it had been watered down over time, and they wished for fresher fruit options. A few games at the pool area would make it more fun for families.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort

The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to. When I left my AirPod behind, they were quick to help find it and even shipped it to me, which is excellent. They provided a full towel set for our room, not like other places where I had to ask for extras, that gets annoying fast.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for the quality received.

The king studio was spacious and nicely decorated, and I really appreciated the fresh fruit at breakfast. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying some downtime in the cozy TV room. The only downside was the noise from the street at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all. 😊

The experience was pleasant overall, especially being close to various attractions like the Desert Art Museum. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which really made a difference during our busy trip. We enjoyed the spacious room that provided a quiet retreat after long days exploring. However, the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Third floor room had lovely views of the Catalinas and was quite modern. The beds were comfy, making our stay enjoyable—overall a fab choice. Definitely better than my last hotel, but don’t ask me to share the details!

Had a hard time with the laundry, and those dryers ate more quarters than a vending machine! Also, the thermostat was playing hide and seek—good luck figuring that out!

Great stay with a few hiccups

We had a super spacious room and the staff was really friendly! It was close to a bunch of restaurants, which was a plus. Breakfast was just okay—those English muffins weren't my fave. The shower worked great, but one of the dresser drawers was annoying since it wouldn't stay shut. The snack bar next door was a nice touch.

Consider soundproofing the windows for a better night's sleep!!! The elevators need attention!!! Some elevators have stuck buttons and the air conditioning units are surprisingly loud!!!

I had a fantastic stay with easy access to Morris K Udall Park, which is perfect for a relaxing walk, while the nearby Corner Bakery Cafe was an awesome spot for fresh breakfast that helped kickstart my days of exploration.
